Stocked Products

Which products are held in stock?

All products currently in stock can be found in the 'Stocked Products' category linked at the top of each page, and can also be identified by the small green icon in the corner of the image.

What are your lead times?

Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day on a next day delivery service. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Once dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number and this will also appear on your account page on the website. Please note that any orders containing print on demand products will have a longer lead time of approximately 10-12 working days.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within Europe. For any orders with a delivery address outside Europe, our customer service team will work with a range of couriers to provide a quote for the most economical service possible. Please note that any standard import duties you already pay on goods arriving from outside your country will still apply to Life Fitness merchandise purchased from this website.

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQs are listed as the first price break per product. 


Can I return a faulty item?

We promise to refund or exchange any items that are faulty within 30 days from date of delivery. The faulty item will be inspected before refund/exchange to ensure it has been treated in accordance with the care instructions outlined on the item. A refund will not be issued if the item has been misused in anyway and this has caused the fault. For further information, please refer to our terms & conditions.

Please include a copy of your packing slip in your package detailing which items are to be returned for a refund/exchange.

Please note it is your responsibility to return any items to us. We recommend using a recorded service or acquiring a proof of posting certificate. It can take up to 14 working days to process your return from the time it is received at the returns department.

If you are returning items for a refund because they are faulty we will refund you the price you paid for the item (including delivery charges) and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Print on Demand Products

What are print on demand products?

There are a number of items on the site that are made to order. These items are only produced when an order is placed for them rather than being held in stock. All clothing and the complete Cybex range are currently printed on demand. 

Will I see how my order is going to look prior to production?

All stocked and non-stocked items artwork has been pre-approved by Life Fitness USA so no artwork will be sent to you prior to your order being produced/shipped.

What are your lead times?

We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered within 12 working days from the date your order is placed. Should there be any delays with stock, our production team will be in touch to let you know before your order is dispatched.
